London to Brighton

On the 20th of June 2010, Julia Zeen, graphic artist, designer, illustrator, strapped on her cycling helmet and bicycled her way from Clapham to the Brighton seafront. The annual London to Brighton bike ride is organised by the British Heart Foundation, and Julia managed to get a last minute place. Despite only having registered a week before the event, she still persuaded friends and colleagues to scrape together over £100 to go towards the BHF in recognition of her stupendous achievement.

Seeing as Bozboz is primarily a “sit in front of a computer until you don’t know what’s real anymore” sort of organisation, we feel this is particularly impressive and would like to thank Julia for fulfilling all of our exercise quotas for the year, as well as contributing to the research that should keep all our hearts ticking over in 30 years when they should have collapsed.
