False Advertising

False Advertising is the brainchild of Matt Hawkins – Daily Mash writer and philanthropist. It takes a satirical look at the consumer-driven society we live in today through the prism of spoof advertisements for products that may, may not, or should exist.

The Brief

False Advertising were looking for a design agency that embodied the same independent spirit they did – enter Bozboz. They needed a highly functional site with tight social media integration that also looked like the content it hosted: irreverent, fresh and the antithesis of corporate Britannia.

The Result

The site is built around a powerful bespoke CMS that gives False Advertising all the tools they need to upload copy and photos, resize images, and basically do whatever they need. Social media integration is central to the site with a custom rating system added for every article.
