My Velo

After observing the lack of choice in the UK bicycle market, founder Raj Tandon decided to launch a bike business with a difference. As a result MyVelo was born, allowing customers to build their own bikes. Using our bespoke flash widget customers can design as they go, choosing colours and creating a bicycle that reflects their personality.

The Brief

Bozboz helped MyVelo at every stage of their launch. We started with company branding, which was applied to the bicycles as well as the website.  We then designed and built a bespoke Ecommerce system for MyVelo to showcase their unique product. Finally we formulated a post launch marketing plan covering social media platforms.

The Result

MyVelo launched in July 2010 to media attention, due to it's unique concept and its 'design your own bike' widget, which we created. The site has recently been featured on the Gadget show blog and in Web User magazine.
