Mango Tree Properties is a UK based specialist in the Caribbean off-plan property market. They promote investment opportunities in the Caribbean, providing a specialised tailored service drawing on extensive personal knowledge of the area.
Mango are a small ethical company providing hand picked investments in idyllic locations, with an interest in preserving the natural character of the Caribbean, not in westernizing or providing mass produced properties.
Mango Tree were looking for a web design company in the Brighton area who could provide them with a bespoke stylish website to help them reach their market and provide a web platform for marketing their developments.
Being able to update the website was of key importance as well as its style, so we created a bespoke content management system allowing them to add new islands and developments easily via a web interface.
The design of the site needed to appear friendly and approachable. it was important to avoid an excessively corporate image in the design, which would place the site in the bracket of time share website or a large corporate Caribbean Holiday site.
It was also decided to use prominent imagery of beaches and other well known Caribbean themes to instil connotations of paradise / calmness, but this was a difficult task as we did not wish the design to appear clichéd, with use of obvious ‘cheesy’ stock photography. Stock images and photographs were used, along with our own photographs of the area.
We integrated a sophisticated e-mail marketing system into the website, allowing Mango Tree to keep in touch with potential investors easily, keeping them informed of offers and promotions. We also devised an online marketing campaign based on a mixture of pay per click (PPC) and organic search optimisation methods.
