Britton & Time Solicitors is a law firm that has quickly established itself as a market disruptor within the legal industry. Unlike the traditional, often rigid approach of many established law firms, Britton & Time has a fresh, client-centric philosophy. They thoughtfully balance professionalism with approachability, investing heavily in marketing their expert legal services while ensuring that clients feel valued, understood, and supported every step of the way.
The brand prides itself on doing things differently. While many competitors rely on age-old practices and reputations, Britton & Time benefits from being agile, youthful and delivering practical, timely legal support to people in need.


As Britton & Time have expanded rapidly, their previous website no longer met the needs of the business. It became apparent that a refreshed front end, more advanced features and improved content management were paramount in supporting their next stage of growth. Mobile users faced common issues with navigation and accessibility, while some clients struggled to find key services or solicitor profiles quickly. Internally, the CMS was rigid, making it hard to support the evolving needs of the business.
Most importantly, the site no longer captured the spirit of the Britton & Time brand. For a firm that has built its reputation on doing things differently, the digital experience felt out of step. The time was right for a full rebuild - one that could align with the firm’s vision and serve its growing client base with clarity and ease.

This project was a true partnership. Britton & Time’s marketing team came to the table with a clear vision - not just for what the site should look like, but how it should work for their clients. That vision guided every design and UX decision, with Bozboz delivering the technical strategy and build to bring it all to life.
We began with a detailed discovery phase, mapping the needs of a diverse audience - from individuals in vulnerable circumstances to privately funded clients and B2B users. With this understanding in place, we restructured the site architecture, introducing a streamlined mega menu, breadcrumb navigation, and new page templates designed for clarity.
User experience was a core focus. We created a responsive site with a vastly improved mobile UI, simplified forms, and clearly defined calls to action. Navigation became more intuitive, and users can now access key services and solicitor profiles with minimal friction.
The new site is built on WordPress with a custom theme. This gives Britton & Time flexible control over content creation and page layouts via their bespoke block library. From legal service pages and solicitor bios to blogs, guides and FAQs, everything can be easily managed in-house.
To enhance engagement and usability, we integrated client reviews, dynamic content filters and aims-based navigation. Interactive timelines and team bios helped bring the firm’s story to life, all while reflecting the professionalism and care at the heart of the brand.

The new Britton & Time website is a confident step forward. It reflects the firm’s growth and values, while offering a significantly improved experience for users .
The design, tone and structure now match the way Britton & Time delivers legal support: clear, responsive and grounded in real needs. Navigation is easier. Search is more powerful. And the content feels both accessible and authoritative.
While optimisation work is ongoing, early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Internally, the site gives the Britton & Time team more freedom to publish and promote content, with a back end that fits seamlessly into their workflows.
