As the UK's first property-specific reviews platform, they have carved out a significant role in the industry, known for their impactful client feedback tools and the prestigious ESTAS Awards. The Challenge

Having outgrown their previous website, which had become cumbersome and time-consuming to update, ESTAS sought to reposition themselves as leaders in their field, striving to improve customer service in the property sector. They needed a comprehensive, user-friendly website that included a members portal, custom reporting dashboards for each agent, and the ability to impartially moderate and judge reviews for their awards. Continuously maintaining and expanding the platform as new initiatives and products were introduced was also a crucial part of our engagement.

The Approach

From the outset, it was imperative for Bozboz developers to select a tech-stack that met ESTAS's unique needs. Prioritising user experience, security, flexibility, and efficiency, we chose Laravel, an open-source framework known for its developer-friendly features, as the foundation for ESTAS's bespoke platform.

Our in-depth discovery phase was pivotal, setting the stage for a major site migration to accommodate ESTAS's expanding services. We developed user stories for each audience type, enabling us to design around user needs and pinpoint key features and functions.

During the design phase, we ensured that ESTAS's brand guidelines were enhanced to align with their upgraded front end. The development of a fully bespoke CMS allowed for more efficient content updates, from creating new pages to simple modifications.

It was essential that ESTAS could not only approve user registrations and manage multiple branches but also issue invoices, administer user roles, and manage votes. Our team coded custom dashboards, tailoring them to the unique needs of property agents to enhance their ability to monitor progress and improve customer service.

The Outcome

ESTAS now boasts a highly customised platform that enables property professionals to collect legitimate reviews easily and provides them with comprehensive tools to monitor customer satisfaction. The ESTAS widget, a private feedback tool, has simplified the feedback process, by giving agents an embeddable CTA button to place on their own websites.
